General App-related questions
On what device can I use the app
The GoLexic App is available on iPhones and iPads.
Compatible devices:
- iPhone: iPhone X, XS, XS Max, XR / iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max / iPhone 12, 12 Mini, 12Pro, 12 Pro Max.
- iPad: iPad Air 2, 3 / iPad Mini 4, 5 / iPad 5th, 6th, 7th generation (2017, 2018, 2019) / iPad Pro 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th generation (2015, 2017, 2018, 2020) or newer.
The App requires iOS 15.0 or newer.
Is the App Available on Android?
Currently, the GoLexic App is not available on the Android AppStore.
In what countries is the GoLexic App available?
The GoLexic App is available in the UK, Canada, Germany, Austria and Malta.
We are launching to more countries in 2024, to know if we will be launching in your countries, you can ask a member of our team at support@golexic.com.
Does the GoLexic App support multiple users?
No, at this time the App can only be used with one account. Accounts can also not be shared between children as the content is personalised for the child completing the activities.
